What are the system requirements?

You can watch on PCs running Windows 10, and Intel-based Macs running OS 10.13+. You can also watch on Android tablets and phones using Chrome, Microsoft Edge and on iPhones and iPads using Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera.

You will need a broadband or fibre internet connection - dial up will not work.

What are the requirements for Windows computers?

Windows 10 - use Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer 11 Browser.

What are the requirements for Mac computers?

Mac OS 10.13+ - use Safari Browser.

What are the requirements for iPhone/iPad?

iPhone/iPad iOS 11.2+ - use Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera Browser.

What are the requirements for Android Device?

Android 6.0+ - use Chrome, Microsoft Edge Browser.

These requirements are device dependent due to some manufacturers opting out of Widevine hardware protection, that means - It may or may not work on every Android Device.

What are the requirements for Windows Mobile?

Windows Mobile - use Microsoft Edge Browser.

Not Supported, but may work.

Can I watch content on my Linux OS?

No, the content is not supported for Linux operating system.

I can’t stream any of the content, what’s going on?

Check your minimum system requirements above. We recommend that you update to the latest version of your browser.

We use adaptive bitrate streaming which means the streaming quality will automatically adjust based on your internet speed. For High Definition (HD) streaming we recommend VDSL, cable or fibre connections as we cannot guarantee consistent HD streaming on ADSL.

Why does video playback stall or not play smoothly?

If your internet connection is poor or inconsistent you may experience problems during playback. Try lowering the playback bitrate or video resolution (320p, 432p, 576p, etc).

Can I Chromecast content?

You cannot Chromecast from a Chrome web browser on PC and Mac computers.

On how many devices I can watch the content at the same time?

You can watch the content on maximum 1 device at the same time.

I am getting an error “Too Many Streams. Your account is currently being used by too many other devices or browsers.” What should I do?

Please log out of all other devices except the one from where you wish to watch.

Also make sure that you clear your browser cache.

You can remove the registered devices from My Devices which is in the drop down menu on the home page and login from the device on which you wish to watch.

What happens if I forget my password?

Simply click on Forgotten your password? on the Sign In page, enter the registered email address with PIFF and a link to reset your password will be sent at your registered email address.

How to change my password?

Simply go to My Account, and then you will see the change button below the password, click on it and enter your current and new password. Your password will be changed.
